Vipan Dhall is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of global experience in pharmaceutical R&D, CDMO operations, and strategic business leadership. He specializes in developing NCEs, branded generics (505B2s), and generics, with expertise spanning formulations, process development, and end-to-end CMC operations.
Throughout his career, Vipan has held leadership roles at top companies such as Dr. Reddy’s, Piramal Pharma Solutions, SGS Canada, Adare Pharma Solutions, and NPS Pharmaceuticals (now Shire). He has led cross-functional teams across the US, Canada, UK, Italy, and India, managed P&Ls exceeding $100M, and spearheaded initiatives that delivered operational excellence, regulatory success, and profitable growth.
Vipan holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics and is the inventor of four patents. He is currently leading the R&D division at DRK Research Solutions, where he is driving innovative product development and optimizing manufacturing processes.
